Renovation of this office is officially done except for some minor alterations. I can truly say I'm pleased with how it turned out, most especially with all the chic details that pulled this space together.
Just visualize this thing sans the plastic! We need to keep it clean with the ongoing reno. Love the cut-out detail.
Pipe Light + Hanging Shelves
In lieu of traditional pin lights, we placed round bulbs on pipes all around the room for a more industrial feel. We used this cute wooden brackets to add a little more charm. I want to have that bracket somewhere in my future home, it would look great framing an open doorway as well! :)
Faux Brick Wall
When I'm on my bonding moments with www ogling through pictures upon pictures of beautiful interiors, I always find myself drawn to painted brick walls. So why not recreate that look? It totally suits the "Raw Industrial Chic" look we're going for.
This lovely mirror is the client's own. We just painted it white to compliment the office's new interior.
The back of the wall to wall shelves are quite special. This built-in is the main star of this space and sets the tone of the room --fun and chic. We lined the back with wallpaper and two-tone paint.
The whole space is light and airy so we chose this white floor with subtle streaks. It adds enough texture to the room for a rawer (is that even a word??) feel.
LAST DAY SNEAK PEEK
Here are all the guys hard at work on the last day of renovation. You can see here how the room came together. Can you imagine it with all the accessories in? I can!
See before picture here.
Custom L-shape table as employee's working space, faux brick wall (which is kinda washed out by the lighting here in this shot), and hanging shelves.

Now you know what I mean when I say "star" of the room. This built-in is definitely my favorite detail!
Some shelves are still missing their wall paper in this shot, but it's almost there. With books, decor, and accessories, this will be a magazine worthy shot. Of course you know that I'm only saying that because I designed it. So please forgive my unhumbleness (again, not a word!), I'm just so in love with this.

Here you can see how the two sides of the room relates to each other. The green from the shelves will match the sofa we have reupholstered and tie the two sides together. Another piece of item I can't wait to see! Watch out for the full reveal someday soon. :)
