Easy Cheap Pop Art

This house needs some sort of art (any house does).
So here's a little something I whip up for the upstairs bath makeover.
No. I won't be displaying the happy dreamy couple. (that would be weird)
Bought these frames from Japan Surplus (not the 2nd hand furniture store)
for P66 each. (around $1.50)

Spray painted them black.

Flipped through the only magazine left here (flood),
and luckily found something I can work with.
Let's all get pass the creepiness of this images and look at the bright side. It's pop artsy, it's yellow (the color I'm looking for), and it's free!

I cut the images the same size (for symmetry), and even used the happy dreamy couple's backside as the mat. (again, free!)

Here's my Easy Cheap Pop Art..
So before throwing out old issues, go through them and find something to slap on those bare walls.

P.S. I'm aware of the parenthesis overflow. (here I am doing it again)
:)

  1. I love making and finding my own cheap wall art. It's so easy and irressistable. My bathroom wall-art is from an anime art book :D It's very pretty stylized underwater stuff.
